Perhaps Rob Gronkowski can make a pit stop at the car wash before Sunday’s Buccaneers game?
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, girlfriend Camille Kostek shared a video of the tight end’s car, which had been littered with SmartWater bottles and cardboard.
“Anyone else’s boyfriend have a ball pit of trash,” Kostek quipped on her Instagram story.
Gronkowski, in his first season in Tampa Bay, replied: “I’m hydrated, what can I say?”
Kostek, 28, one of the three new hosts of TBS’s “Wipeout” revamp, was first linked to Gronkowski, 31, in 2015.
In April, Gronkowski came out of retirement to reunite with former Patriots teammate Tom Brady on the Buccaneers. Since the start of the 2020 season last month, the five-time Pro Bowler has yet to make a dominant impression on the offense.
“We’re not throwing the ball 50 times to tight ends — that’s what we have receivers for [and] that’s the way our offense is built,” head coach Bruce Arians previously said. “Gronk’s playing great run blocking in the fourth quarter, so I’m not concerned with his pass catches or his targets.”
With the Los Angeles Chargers coming to town in Week 4 — in addition to Kostek at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium — Gronkowski could be primed to answer Brady’s “call.”
